Bueno, a raiz de lo que comentabais, y que comparto, he encontrado la respuesta oficial de M-1 Global de lo acontecido.
Mas o menos paso a traducir lo mas important... que Kiril sufrio rotura de nariz, y su entrenador (que aclaran que nada tiene que ver con M-1, y que no pertenecia al Imperial Team ya que se habia marchado de St. Petersburgo para preparar su lucha para el pasado Affliction) le dio un spray nasal muy comun en Rusia, para aliviar los sintomas, y M-1 cree que ese spray contenia Stanozol...
Lo malo es cuando pretenden reforzar su teoria, basandose en que si Kiril, hubiese tomado dosis continuadas de Stanozol, su musculatura se veria mas desarrollada, y se le veria un cuerpo definido...

Not wanting to miss any training time leading up to "Day of Reckoning," Kirill followed the advice of a coach not affiliated with M-1 who gave him a nose spray commonly used in Russia to help treat some of his symptoms. It is M-1's belief that the nose spray is what contained the Stanozol...
